Milosz Miszczynski studies global economy and specializes in creative industry. His previous appointments include positions at Columbia University and University of California, San Diego. His past projects include studies of corporate global value chains, internationalization, and social change in Eastern Europe. His work includes a book, edited volumes and journal articles. His co-edited manuscript “Hip-Hop at the Edge of Europe” will be published by Indiana University Press later this year.
Milosz is currently working on a book. It is based on his 16-month ethnography of a series of re-locations of a production plant: from Bochum in Germany to Romania (2008), and further to China (2012).
